The periwinkle thrives on our shores here in Nova Scotia and has such a beautiful shell. By carefully selecting the right shell from my beach combing collection I sand casted an imprint of this shell. Each sand casting is unique and a one of a kind; each time you pour the metal you get something different in your results.
