What if your ring doesn't fit?
Sometimes a ring may not fit exactly how you wished, but need to worry I offer a resizing service. Some rings may not be able to be resized because of the kind of setting, such as my sea glass rings. In the event I am unable to resize your ring, then you can do an exchange or a more suitable size or a refund. I want all my customers to be satisfied with their jewellery choice so don't be shy please contact me with any concerns you may have here.
What if you need an exchange or refund?
I hope you love your new piece! But if you are not completely satisfied, please send me a message so I can take care of you!
You can return your piece with your receipt and packaging within 30 days from purchase for a refund or exchange. If an item is being returned through the mail, customer assumes return shipping cost. Please ship all items to be returned with Priority Mail and signature confirmation. If you are shipping internationally into Canada, make sure you fill out your customs forms out as a return/warranty export.
Please notify me before shipping your piece back for a return or exchange and I will provide you with the return address.
Only rings that have been sold off the shelf and not resized may be returned or exchanged in the 30 day time period. Any ring that has been resized is not eligible for return/exchange.
Custom orders, sale and clearance items are non-refundable All sales are final on any discounted, sale or clearance items.
What about Christmas gifts?
I offer extended holiday gift return and exchanges. Any eligible piece purchased between November 15th through December 31st can be exchanged or refunded until January 31st.
